    Connect Fitness Studio invites personal trainers to utilize our well-equipped space, and for Junction residents seeking a workout spot, our Open Gym Rental is available with no fixed membership—drop-ins are encouraged!

Weekday Classes

Sweat

Mon: 6pm

Elevate your fitness with our inclusive 1-hour conditioning program, blending weightlifting, cardiovascular exercises, plyometrics, and core conditioning for all levels from beginners to advanced.

Lift

Tues and Thur: 8am,
5pm, 7:15pm

Embrace weightlifting fundamentals, focusing on squats, deadlifts, bench press, and pull-ups to build muscle, increase strength, and enhance body composition—suitable for all fitness levels.

Hit

Fri: 6pm

Discover the excitement of cardiovascular training with our progressive boxing and Muay Thai-inspired workout, where you'll master striking techniques and footwork, and enhance muscular endurance—open to all fitness levels.

Stability, mobility and strength

Wed: 12pm & 6pm
Sat: 11am

Experience a dynamic workout in our Stability, Mobility, and Strength Fitness Class. Tailored for all fitness levels, this class focuses on building a balanced body by enhancing stability, flexibility, and strength. Elevate your fitness with a well-rounded session designed for overall wellness.
